Destiny, A Salon Studio is a Wheeling, West Virginia based full-service salon, offering a wide variety of services in hair, skin, and nails. Cancellation Policy
A 24 hour notice is required when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. You will get a reminder 48 hours prior that will need confirmed. If failure to confirm appointment by the day of scheduled appointment with no contact made, will result in the appointment being canceled, and the fee will be charged.
A fee of 30% of service booked WILL be charged to the card on file in the event of a last minute cancel or no-show without a 24 hour notice.
If you are running 15 minutes passed your scheduled appointment time, and the service cannot be performed in the remaining time before the next client shows, your appointment will be canceled and a late fee of $15 will be charged before rescheduling.
In certain circumstances, and under certain situations, a fee of 30% of service booked can be charged in the event of showing up over 15 minutes late to the scheduled appointment without intent to reschedule.
Continuously failing to be compliant to this policy will result in having to put a 30% of service booked deposit down prior to booking another appointment.
This deposit is non-refundable if you happen to not show up, but does go towards the appointment cost if you do.
All services once performed are non-refundable. We will always make sure that you are satisfied no matter the circumstance, and will right any wrongs if that becomes the case. However, once time and product has been used, the service cannot be refunded.
We will always respect your time and your scheduled appointment. The cancellation and late policies are in effect to ensure that the stylist’s time is being respected in the same way. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out to the salon directly.
